These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VolleyRush at https://volleyrush.io and the game client at /play (the “Service”), operated by VolleyRush (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VolleyRush is a free-to-play browser arcade beach volleyball game. Core gameplay does not require payment. Optional digital Virtual Points (“VP”) may be purchased to unlock cosmetic items and similar non-competitive advantages as described on our Pricing page.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, cheat, harass others, or violate these Terms.
3. Virtual Points and digital goods
- VP and cosmetics are licensed digital items for use only in the Service.
- They have no real-world cash value and are not redeemable for money.
- VP is non-transferable except as we expressly allow in-product.
- We may change pack contents, prices, or availability with reasonable notice where required.
4. Payments
Paid VP packs are sold as digital goods. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited or its affiliates (“Paddle”) as merchant of record. By buying a pack you also agree to Paddle’s checkout terms presented at purchase. Delivery of VP to your account is typically automatic after successful payment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized bots or automation, or disrupt matches;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other players;
- Use the Service for anything illegal or outside Paddle’s acceptable use for digital goods.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, art, audio, and code are owned by VolleyRush or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to play for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Online games may experience downtime, lag, or balance changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VolleyRush will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of VP, cosmetics, progress, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for VP in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
